Our engineering and project managers have been busy completing the below ground basement structure including ground works and the installation of the main structural elements.

Recent work also includes the manufacturing of the foundation piles and capping beams. Furthermore, while this has been happening our team have also been constructing other structural elements offsite which will be installed in the coming months.

These efforts can sometimes not be visible however, but you will soon see the vision of Sky Homes Nicheliving come to life, including the installation of the ground floor slab, and other onsite activity following these significant ground works being completed.

We have also recently leased a temporary site directly across the road from the development where our building site office will be located and provided private parking spaces for our trades team to ensure we are not adversely affecting the local community with congestion on local streets or taking up public car spaces during the construction process.

Coming up shortly we will be preparing the site ready for the installation of foundation piles and preparation for the ground floor slab.
