Our Sky Homes Nicheliving construction team have hit the ground running in early 2024 with the first floor level formwork moving fast and to be completed early February ahead of concrete pouring to the remaining of the first floor level by mid-March.

AFS walls to our completed FFL concrete deck will be completed this week ready for the form workers to raise our next deck to our 2nd floor level to pour by end of February.

Main excavation works to basement are to recommence the first week of February with around 4 weeks of detailed excavation left prior to the commencement of hydraulic services being installed and then concrete slabs to finalise the basement parking.
